Position Title: Circulation Clerk
Library: Newbury
Classification: Library Assistant 1
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to communicate effectively.
Hour per week: 12 (including every Saturday or Sunday on a weekly basis).
Hourly Rate: $10.00

Position: Youth Monitor (Library Assistant I)
Library: Middlefield
Hours per Week: P/T 15 hours
Starting Hourly Wage: $10.00
Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Ability to relate well with staff and public, especially teens and children. Able to explain and enforce rules in a positive manner. Ability to speak and write effectively. Able to move about easily. Vision sufficient to read computer screens and print materials. Hearing sufficient to understand patrons in person and by phone. Possesses willingness to learn new skills. Possesses reliable work habits.
Duties: Supervises youth in and on library property after school.
Scheduling needs: Required to work after school hours when school is in session.
Deadline: Applications received by January 20th will be given first consideration.
