schedule an appointment.

1) a copy of your 2010 tax returns;
2) all 2011 tax forms that you have received;
3) proof of identity, and
4) your social security card.

Genealogy Databases
Learn to use online databases (Familysearch.org, Ancestry.com andothers) to look for information onyour ancestors. Bring ancestor and family group charts already filled out with what you know. In class, you will learn how to find missing information using online databases. You might find parents or grandparents on the 1930 U.S. Census, death dates in the Social Security Death Index or records for other countries. Note: ask for ancestor and family group charts from your Geauga County library.
