Want a Facebook account but don’t know where to start? Presented by Marianne Lohrman from the Chardon
Library, this class introduces beginners to Facebook and provides hands-on experience. The class is also suitable
for those who are confused by changes in Facebook. Help will be provided in registering for a Facebook
Account prior to class.

Genealogy
Genealogy Databases
Learn to use online databases (Familysearch.org, Ancestry.com andothers) to look for information onyour ancestors. Bring ancestor and family group charts already filled out with what you know. In class, you will learn how to find missing information using online databases. You might find parents or grandparents on the 1930 U.S. Census, death dates in the Social Security Death Index or records for other countries. Note: ask for ancestor and family group charts from your Geauga County library.
